For seasoning, this finishing salt's delicate flakes can be sprinkled on any dish just before serving or eating. Fleur de sel finishing salt is an all natural product made from concentrated Atlantic sea water. Harvested by hand using the same time-honored traditions since the Middle Ages, this salt is a rare product only forming as an upper crust on the sea salt basins when the meteorologic conditions are just right with an ample amount of wind and sun.
